2-stage Meta funnel rebuild that drove 103 leads on $5.46K spend ($53 CPL) from Mar–Jul 2025.


StoriePro wanted steadier lead flow without wasting spend on low-intent prospects. We re-evaluated the strategy and moved from a single-stage lead gen setup to a two-tier funnel: a top-of-funnel awareness video campaign to generate engagement, followed by a retargeted lead campaign designed to convert higher-intent users.
To protect lead quality, we excluded real estate profiles and adjusted budget allocation to better support Meta’s learning phase. This structure was built to filter out low-conversion traffic and concentrate spend on stronger-fit leads as performance stabilized.
